First Impression
A marketing agency's website is its first piece of client work; this one had to prove it.

An Agency Website Built to Prove the Agency's Own Case
First Impression already had client results to point to the problem was that its own website didn't look like it belonged to the agency responsible for them. American Design Hub was brought in to move First Impression past the standard agency template: hero, stats, logo wall, contact form and build something that reads as proof of skill in its own right. The homepage was structured to move a visitor the way a good pitch would brand introduction and credibility first, then process, portfolio, client testimonials, insights, FAQs, and a single clear next step. A clean editorial layout, bold typography, warm coral tones, and abstract graphic details carry the same personality through every one of those sections, so nothing along the way feels bolted on.
Challenge
Sell creative credibility in a category full of templates
Most marketing agencies run the same homepage: hero claim, client logos, a portfolio grid, a contact form. First Impression's own site had to clear a higher bar than any client project it might show, because visitors judge a creative agency's website more critically than they judge anyone else's; it's the one deliverable they can evaluate before ever signing a contract.
Our direction
A palette built to stand out from its own client list
The identity runs on warm coral and deep maroon, set against clean white space so the tone reads confident rather than loud. A small starburst mark sits between "First" and "Impression" in the wordmark, a quiet signature that repeats through abstract graphic details like dotted grids, concentric circles, and hand-drawn wave lines across the site.
A coral starburst set inside the wordmark itself, functioning as both a logo detail and a repeatable graphic element across the site's abstract compositions.
A coral-and-maroon palette, editorial typography, and a set of abstract graphic motifs applied consistently from the hero section to the footer.
Project process
From Portfolio Page to Proof of Work
Discovery
We audited how marketing agencies typically structure their own sites, and mapped exactly where that template starts working against credibility instead of for it.
Direction
Positioning locked around warm coral and deep maroon tones with abstract, editorial graphic details distinct enough to hold up next to the client logos the portfolio would display.
Identity
The starburst mark and wordmark were built to read as confident and creative without competing with the client work shown just below them.
Application
The system extended across the homepage, filterable portfolio, case study cards, insights content, and FAQ section one identity carrying the entire experience.
Digital expression
A homepage structured like a pitch, not a brochure
The homepage opens with "Your partner in creating and growing brands," backed by credibility markers like "Strong Identity," "Award Winning," and a 920+ projects-completed stat, before moving into a filterable portfolio All Work, Branding, Digital Marketing, Logo Designing with real case study cards for clients like Haten Bakery. From there, a client testimonial, an insights section on digital marketing and branding, and an FAQ area build the case further, ending on one clear "Ready to work with us?" call to action.
Final outcome
A website that works like the agency's best case study
First Impression now has a site that doesn't just describe the agency's capabilities it demonstrates them, section by section. Visitors get the quality of the work before a single conversation starts, because for a creative agency, the website isn't just a portfolio. It's the first piece of work every potential client actually experiences.
