A Warm, Trustworthy Brand for Life-Changing Autism Therapy
Gold Vine ABA needed a digital presence that could earn a parent's trust before a single phone call, not just book one. American Design Hub built a brand identity and website around a growth-and-care visual language and plain-language messaging, structured to educate first and convert second, from 'What is ABA Therapy?' through telehealth and insurance details to a booked consultation.
Challenge
Making ABA Therapy and Autism Care Feel Personal, Not Clinical
Seeking ABA therapy usually starts with a parent who's worried, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn. Most providers in this space default to sterile, clinical branding that reinforces that anxiety instead of easing it. Gold Vine ABA needed the opposite: a brand that feels like a hand on the shoulder, backed by real clinical credibility the moment a parent looks for it.
Our direction
A visual language of warmth, growth, and trust
The identity centres on a vine-and-heart mark, a simple symbol of growth held inside care paired with a palette of deep teal, soft gold, and warm neutrals that feels calm rather than clinical. Clean, rounded typography keeps every page approachable, whether a parent is reading about ABA therapy for the first time or booking a consultation.
A vine growing from within a heart shapes one mark that carries both meanings the brand needed: nurturing care and real, measurable progress.
A complete style guide palette, typography, logo usage, and photography direction applied consistently across the website, staff apparel, and family-facing materials.
Project process
From Concern to Confidence
Discovery
We mapped the emotional journey behind an ABA search the questions, hesitations, and fears parents carry before they ever pick up the phone.
Direction
Positioning was locked around warmth and evidence in equal measure: a teal-and-gold palette, rounded typography, and real family photography instead of stock clinical imagery.
Identity
The vine-and-heart mark, palette, and typography became one system, then were refined for consistency across web and print.
Application
The identity was applied across a full website home, services, telehealth, insurance, and credentials built to answer a worried parent's questions in order.
Digital expression
Autism Therapy Answers, Built Into Every Page
The homepage opens with 'Brighter Futures Begin With Gold Vine ABA,' paired with real family imagery and a brand video. From there, parents move through a plain-language 'What is ABA Therapy?' section, Telehealth Sessions, accepted insurance (Florida Medicaid, Sunshine Health, BlueCross BlueShield), and a BACB-authorized provider badge, all backing the brand's warmth with real clinical credibility for a growing autism therapy practice.
Final outcome
A brand that turns first visits into booked consultations
The result is a healthcare brand that leads with empathy and closes with credibility clear enough for a first-time parent to understand ABA therapy in one scroll, and credible enough to convert that understanding into a scheduled consultation.
